One product, and its edges
What Pilot Chat does, and — stated here rather than discovered later — what it does not. Anything in PanelPilot that is not on this page is in beta and switched on per account; it is not part of what you are buying, and it is not in any price.
Pilot Chat
Available nowAI live chat that answers from your panel’s own order data.
A chat widget you drop onto your panel site with one script tag. It asks the customer for their order, checks that they really own it, and then answers from what your panel actually recorded about that order — not from a generic help article.
- Embeds on your panel site with a single script tag
- Verifies the customer against a real order before it discloses anything about it
- Answers from your panel’s own order records — status, quantity, service, start count
- Recommends a service from your own order history — volume, completion rate and measured delivery time — or says nothing rather than guessing
- Replies in the language the customer wrote in
- Opens a real ticket with a reference number when it cannot resolve the question
- It answers about orders. It does not place, cancel or refund them.
- A service recommendation needs enough of your own order history behind it; where there is not enough, it stays quiet instead of inventing one.
What turning it on actually involves
You have been warned about tools that ask for your panel key, and the warning is fair. So here is the whole path, including the part you would rather know now.
- 01
Paste one script tag
Pilot Chat installs from your panel admin’s custom header field. One line, and the widget stays switched off until you turn it on, so nothing appears on your site before you are ready.
- 02
Lock it to your domain
Widget requests are checked against the panel address you registered, and a chat session is opened with a single-use token issued for one page load. Your embed code pasted on another site does not get a working chat.
- 03
Connect the panel key
It cannot tell a customer what happened to an order without reading the order. The key is encrypted at rest, used server-side only, and our API will not hand it back — and nothing on a schedule, no engine and no AI path can create an account or add balance with it.
- 04
There is no approval queue
Pilot Chat answers the customer directly; you read the conversation afterwards in the inbox. If you were expecting to vet each reply before it sends, that is not what this is, and it is better said here than found out on your own customers.
The rest of PanelPilot
There is more in the product, and all of it is in beta — switched on for one account at a time, on no plan and in no price. These are the three nearest, with the reason each one is not on this page yet. When one is ready it moves up here and everybody gets it on the same day.
- Broadcast
- An updates bell on your own panel site, which posts your service changes by itself. The bell and the feed are built and embedded. The part that watches your service list and posts without anyone typing needs a panel key it can read, and that is the piece being finished.
- Ticket automation
- The same engine on your ticket queue — drafts you approve, or replies it sends itself. Every reply it has sent so far was the canned fallback, because no AI call has yet succeeded. It is not shown to anyone until it answers.
- Drop and refill watch
- It notices a count falling before your customer does, and raises the refill. The refill decision runs on live-count arithmetic that is still being corrected. Wrong here means refilling an order that was never short.
